Mary's Recipe

This is a simple meal and easy to prepare.

1 Green pepper, Chopped
1 Red pepper, Chopped
1 can beef Broth or 2 beef cubes with 1 cup of water
1 small onion chopped
1 or 2 cloves of garlic. minced
1 can of stewed tomatoes

Italian sausage or cubes of beef
Cook beef or sausage separately and add to saute pan. Cook uncovered to thicken the sauce.
Ajust the portions of tomatoes and meat for serving size.

Add to sauce pan and simmer for 1 1/2 hours

Serve with rice or potato of your choice
