Pork Chop Recipe

2 -4 Chops
1 small onion
2 tbsp dry mustard
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp white vinegar
Garlic to taste
1 can tomato sauce

Brown both sides of chops
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish covering chops with sauce.
Cover dish with Aluminum foil.
Cook @ 325F for 1 ½ hours or
275F for 3 -4 hrs
Serve with Rice or potato and veggie of choice
