Prairie Moments

Because of the low humidity out here, things sit around for a long time without deteriorating. Here's a farm that hasn't been used for many years yet looks like the owners just up and left yesterday. Can't explain why the cattle are all in a straight line. It stretched for over 1 1/2 Kms and they were all nose to tail looking like shoppers heading for a Wal-Mart special on a Saturday Morning.. Normally they bunch up to protect themselves from the wind. So much for my knowledge of cattle. If we went back today they probably will have all herded because the temperature is dropping to -35 tonight. For the rest of us, that's at least a 3 dog night.
Catch you later

Thanks Doug, Great shots
