A man down on Hornby Island has had a web camera put on the edge of an Eagle's nest Last September. Eagles come to the same nest every year and they grow to a terrific size over the years. The eagles have returned and they have 2 eggs in the nest now, and the 2 birds take turns sitting on them. They are due to hatch at the end of April. Try it there is very little movement now only the change of the guard, but when the chicks hatch it will be something special to see.
This is very special to be able to get so close to these beautiful birds of prey.
