Unexpected Snow in Victoria B.C.

Hi Marty!

This is not trick photography (I’m not that talented with a camera or software).

This is the scene from our house in Victoria, B. C. at 11:30 Sunday morning. What started as lumpy rain just before 9 has, as you can see, turned into more than wet slop. For some of us displaced Montrealers/Parkers who still miss having a real winter, finally the Snow Gods have answered! Unfortunately, we’ll have to keep our excitement in check and remain a silent minority as most Victorians are not amused! Many still haven’t recovered from the blizzard in ’96.

Cheers to all!

Thanks Ingrid

We'll celebrate with you and thanks for thinking of us Parkers scattered all over the place..
