Location of Canadian Scenes

"Marty, the pictures on the alternate blogsite are beautiful, especially the Canadian scenes, but please let us know the location of the pictures. I know most of the pics come from others (ie. Bob Hawkins) so perhaps you could ask him and others to identify the scenes."

The pics are great but unfortunately the locations are not included with pics.
