There is a photo of a sub-division sale sign for houses going up presently here in Lambeth (London). You will note the starting price for a home.........If they start at $250,000 why don't they say so - what's with this " Starting in the mid-two hundreds" - do they actually think people will forget about the extra $50,000???.......Can't anyone be honest anymore??
