HI MARTY, THIS THIN OLD BRICK BUILDING IS ON ST DENIS IN ST LAMBERT MADE THAT WAY PROBABLY BECAUSE THE TRAIN PASSES
IN THE BACK THERE WAS NO ROOM . I HEARD THE WEIGHT WATCHERS HAVE AN EYE ON IT, TO MAKE THERE HEAD OFFICE
THERE. THERE NEW SLOGAN IS SUPPOSE TO BE ------NO MORE ICE CREAM BRICKS AND LETS STAY THIN AND LIVE OLD
LIKE THE OLD THIN BRICK BUILDING.----

NORMAND

Thanks Normand
I remember when we were in Grade 7 and had to take Industrial Arts at St Lambert Elementary, from Mr Derksen, we would sometimes walk home. On the way home we would stop in to a " Corner Store " that was in that building. It was run by a blind man and as kids we were amazed how he could make change.I don't remember the store's or the man's names.Ralph.
Thanks Ralph B.
