Branson Mud Hens

Looks like you guys had a good trip to the great outdoors.
It's fun to be out before the summer crowds arrive.

Your mud hens are also known as American Coots.
They are fun to watch over a time because their behaviour
can become frenetic or loonie in appearance although I'm sure that everything they do has a purpose.
