What's that door to the right of the Old Vic Theatre???

Hi Marty, I was looking at the Victoria Theatre picture Normand put up. I was wondering if that was him in between the bus stop benches. The #1 Chambly Trembles bus stopped there on its way from Longueil to the Park and St-Hubert. I also was wondering how many bloggers used the door on the right attached to the theatre and know what was in there.
