St. lambert locks in the 60's

DOUBLE TALKHELLO MARSTON,WERE YOU RUNNING A WHERE IS IT CONTEST LAST WEEK? NOBODY GAVE THE ANSWER YET. ALL THE HINTS ABOUT SUBMARINES, FLIES AND HIGH SECURITY. NOBODY WANTS TO NAME THE ST. LAMBERTS SET OF LOCKS, OF THE SEAWAY.

THE VISITOR PARKING WAS A POPULAR PLACE OF MANY SOUTH SHORE YOUNG PEOPLE TO PARK, PRETENDING TO WATCH THE SHIPPING ACTION. ALL THE CLUTCHING, GROPING, HUFFING AND PUFFINGPLUS THE JIGGLING, THE HORMONES OF IT ALL, MADE THE SHAD FLIESCOME INTO GIANT HUMP CLUSTERS.

THE NEXT PROBLEM THAT THESEPARKED PEOPLE, THE GIRLS IN HEAT, THE BOYS IN CONSTANT RUT CAUSED WAS SHIPPING ACTION CAME TO A HALT AS ALL THE LECHEROUS OLD SAILORS WERE PEEPING AT ALL THESE GOINGS ON, FORGETTING TO MOVE THEIR SHIPS UPSTREAM OR DOWN.

THIS WAS HURTING THE NORTH AMERICAN ECONOMY. THIS IS THE REASON FOR THE CLOSURE TO THE PUBLIC. THE SHAME OF IT ALL.

DO YOU REMEMBER THE SIREN THAT WASSOUNDED FOR THE RAISING OR LOWERING OF THE BRIDGES OR WAS EVERYBODY TO BUSY?

RICHARD...................

Damn, Do you think we cared about the North American Economy back then with the Girl Friends?????
