Torrey Mitchell

Hi Marty,

I noticed the story on Galley's career in the NHL. Another Parker to watch is young Torrey Mitchell, number 17, a rookie Centreman with the San Jose Sharks. Torrey scored his first NHL point on Jeremy Roenick's winning goal on October 5th.

Torrey was an outstanding player in university in Vermont and is a highly rated rookie.

Lets all jump on the fanwagon for Torrey.

Mitchell and the Sharks play the Bruins tonight at 10:30 eastern time.

Here is some more on home town boy Torrey Mitchell.

Here at home, of course, the Sharks are showcasing the likes of Torrey Mitchell, 22, who skates like the wind, has sound hockey sense, and is getting the hang of the NHL as we speak. They have Dimitri Patzold, 25, who is getting his first taste of NHL action, and Devin Setoguchi, 20, who is hoping that his ankle injury heals quickly to make his big league debut soon.
