Memories of French Exams

Hi Marty,

Oh how well I remember Mr. Amyot showing up for the oral french exams. I think I might have been one of only a few who wasn't afraid of him. He never deducted marks from me for speaking what was then referred to as street french. Maybe the fact that he could carry on a conversation with me made him think I deserved the marks he awarded me. Whatever the reasons , I was a happy camper. I was just telling someone about him the other day when I got asked if I could speak french ( always the 1st question when people find out one is from Quebec).
