Note of Appreciation

Marty:
I do not check out the blog as often as I should, but when I do I am always impressed with your dedication, and apparent love, of keeping native Greenfield Parkers up to date and somehow connected. We are very lucky to have a person like you who is willing to devote so much time and effort to keeping us all in touch with our roots. Greenfield Park was a wonderful place to live during our youth, and your site gives us all an opportunity to re-live those memories and to appreciate how fortunate we were. I am going to visit your site more often, because to be very honest, you post many articles that take me back to my youth and bring back thoughts that are very pleasant.

I can only guess what year it was that we won the baseball trophy in a recent picture that was posted on the site but it must have been around 1960. In any event, it was a long time ago, but to see that picture meant a great deal to me. I printed a copy of the picture, and it will remain with me the rest of my life.

Thank you for your dedication to this blog site and I look forward to seeing you at the centennial celebrations.
Feel free to publish this statement if you wish to do so.

Fondest Regards:
