Cell Phone Do Not Call List

Passing it on - we found out recently that Canadians pay the highest rates in the world for cell phone service. As if these guys are not making enough money,  now they're selling our phone numbers to telemarketers,  and then have the nerve to charge us for these calls! I'm with Telus and couldn't believe it when I discovered they themselves were sending me text message advertizing their Telus specials and charging me for receiving text messages! I'm flabbergasted the CRTC lets them get away with it,  but anyway here's a way to get on the cell phone  do not call list.

It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It  will only take a minute of your time.

 It blocks your number for five  (5) years. You must call from the cell phone

 Number you want to have  blocked. You cannot call from a different phone number.
