Finding Old Friends

Hi Marty

 When I was 'back home' I received a copy of John Riley's book.  I just 

love it!  So many names, so many memories...

 Beryl Rodriguez, who had quite an impressive athletic record, is one 

of the people.  By co-incidence, she has just appeared in two of the 

Blog's recently-posted Legion pictures.    By another co-incidence, I 

was told last week that Beryl has recently undergone a (successful) 

kidney operation.

 

I was talking with her today (after goodness knows how many years). 

It was really good to here her voice  and she agreed that it was okay 

to post her news via the Blog.

 Beryl, here' s to a quick recovery and a Happy, Healthy New Year.
