What is wrong with Normand, when he asks for some pictures of now Ontarians who might know something about Submarines and parking at the Seaway Lock in St. Lambert. ---- Normand !!! We couldn't take photos at night back then !! All we had was a Brownie camera, No flash !!!
I did attend the Official Opening of the Seaway in 1959 as a guest of Pam Carter and her family, but never got to see the Submarines with her !!!!
Oh Well, Win some , lose some !!!!!
