I found the source of those feathers!
The artists name is Julie Thompson, she has a website www.featherlady.net
Her inventory is depleted from all the attention she has gotten from the circulation of these images via email so she didn't have the one I was looking for anymore... but she does commissions so she is going to paint exactly what I want, which is even better!
You should put a link to her site with the images on the blog, that way it will be easier for others to find her when they see the images.
