I want to thank Bob H for his posting Medicine Hat on the blog. We have been living here 5 years only but we visited for 20 years prior because some of our kids and grand kids lived here,

Those are great pictures, I haven't seen them on the web , are they originals?

I find the only time you have problems cycling is in the spring after getting soft during the winter. It takes a few weeks to get the callouses back then you sit taller in the saddle for the rest of the season if you know what I mean.
