Friday, September 11

Meet & Greet (Please eat supper before arriving) ($7.00)

Place: Chimo Hotel – Frobisher/Hudson Room

Time: 7 pm to Midnight

Food: Vegetable dip/ chips & dip/ cookies/ coffee/ tea

Drinks: Cash Bar

Saturday, September 12

Picnic (no charge)

Place: Rockcliffe Park – Picnic Area adjacent to covered pavilion

Time: Starts at 11:30 am

Food: Bring Your Own

Drinks: Bring Your Own

Dinner/Dance ($42.50)

Place: Chimo Hotel – McKenzie Room

Time: - 5:30pm to 1 am

- Mingle & Drinks 5:30 to 6:30 pm

- Dinner served at 6:30 pm

- 50/60/70's Music begins at 8 pm

Food: Sit down meal – Soup, salad, Chicken Kiev, potato, vegetables, dessert, tea/coffee

Drinks: Cash bar

Sunday, September 13

Breakfast ($19.50)

Place: Chimo Hotel – Frobisher/Hudson Room

Time: 9 to 11:30 am (Food put out at 9 am)

Food: Buffet – Juice, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries,baked goods, coffee, tea.
