During the public wide H1n1 Vaccination period …I encourage community groups and churches to post the information in your bulletins and on your display boards

CSSS CHAMPLAIN The Vaccination centre for Brossard-Greenfield Park-Saint Lambert and St Hubert is to be held at the CLSC St-Hubert at 5959 boul. Cousineau St-Hubert

For Public Transit…From ST-Lambert-Brossard-GF-Park and most of St-Hubert go to the Auto Park in Brossard and take the Number 42.. This bus brings you very near the CLSC (in about 30 minutes)

While top priority is given to the schedule group for their vaccination period ..Should you miss your week you can go during another period..Or if you fall into one of the priority group and will not be available that week you can go earlier Health officials are planning the process to be as quick and easy as possible..with up to 600 persons vaccinated per hour..There will be greeters on hand to keep you informed and to help you were every possible .
