Here are a few pictures of the new autoroute 30 that will connect people heading east off the 401 to the south shore

vie Valleyfield . It will link you up to the eastern township autoroute & the 20 going to Quebec city ect.These pictures

were taken by a friend last fall & will be updated shortly. When compleded from the Ontario border it should take about 30 - 35

minutes to the Park. Ontario drivers less !

Thanks Norman and Normand..... from what I understand this was a proposed English escape route from 1976 that Rene Levesque had originally drawn up
